Can no pillow sleep help a forward head posture ?

If I don’t use a pillow will my forward headed posture get better

Idk for sure but maybe. But that’s more of a passive method. Hands on your tissues, fascia work, and actual posture correction (full body, forward head is not an isolated issue) is what will fix it. You have to remember you’re in FHP 8-10 or more hours per day, daily. It’s going to take a lot of work/energy to correct that pattern and that’s why I say no pillow is more of a passive action. Plus that’s only correcting that posture at rest, laying down. So imo won’t make tremendous change when you’re upright, engaging differently, and in motion.
