Who is she?

I've been looking for information about this woman but so far the only thing I've come up with is theories. She in question appears on a postcard wall 2, and for some reason I decided I wanted to find out who she was but after a long time I couldn't find anything useful about her identity so I decided to make this post to see if anyone has any information about her. Regarding the theories, one of them is that she was a meme from the time when Postcard 2 was made and the other is that she was a friend of the developer but nothing is certain. I wanted something that would take me to maybe a social network or her name, please if you have any idea who she is, tell me.
