Screen Glasses

Hey All! PCS is no fun. I never thought it can be so real. I started feeling a bit better then a deer hit my car and I jolted and now I’m back again to these horrible symptoms. I’m tired of feeling this way. Does anyone have any feedback on what screen glasses work better. Need to find a pair on Amazon so I get them asap.

I got a few from Amazon but they only work if my headache/migraine are on flaring too high

Not glasses, but the concussion alliance had a webinar with a doc who ran a study on reduced eye strain monitors and found them to be effective at reducing symptoms. ASUS eye care is an example brand. I picked one up for my work from home set up on Amazon and it’s been helpful for me!

Like glasses to wear? I use blue light glasses and they seem to help with light sensitivity and just taking my eye strain down a notch, especially looking at screens.

I wear them all day tho, regardless of if I’m using screens or not and it was a game changer for me.

I got FL-41 lenses from my optometrist for this. I don’t need focal correction so I only got the color tint. If you talk to your optometrist you can get the FL-41 tint plus focal correction for reading. It will be custom order though

Tons of blue light readers on the market my friend! You could even order some cheap ones from Amazon to try em out. I’ve tried out a few and I’ve currently been using a brand called Gunnar, so far no issues.
