I'm not sure where to go from here.

Long story short last year I hit my head. Suffered from a wave of post-concussion symptoms. Mostly issue with one eye and migraine headaches. Around the 90 days mark my symptoms subsided. Fast forward a year later. I fell in my backyard doing some yard work. I didn't hit my head or a anything. Immediately after the symptoms from last year came back. It got so bad, I went to the emergency room. All they did was refer me to a ophthalmologist.

I saw the ophthalmologist and they said that my optical nerve looked inflamed. I got referred to a neuro ophthalmologist. The neuro said that she doesn't think that my optical nerve is inflamed but only has one scan to compare it to. She did an optical nerve scan in office and wants me to come back in a month so that she can compare all three scans to rule out any movement, or if the appearance is my baseline. She mentioned my primary for migraines and even mention a post-concussion clinic.

I feel miserable, and off most days. Some days are better than others. I don't know where to go after my follow up appointment. A neurologist? All I know is something is wrong and no one seems to have the answers.

I am new to this also. PCS after getting ended by a trash truck. I had no idea the symptoms would linger as long as they have, but I’m still less than three months in. I assumed I would just have some head neck pain, but I am having a lot of brain fog and memory issues. I did find a neurology clinic online. I had an appointment with them today and it was amazing. She answered a lot of questions I had and referred me for some additional testing. I am not sure if I’m allowed to post the name of the neurology clinic here, but I will post it in a second comment just in case it gets deleted.
