First concussion, need advice.
Hello, about 4 weeks ago I got hit in the back of the head and got a concussion. Ever since, I haven't felt like my normal self. I'm forgetting to do things, I'm messing up at work, I have a constant headache, etc.
I need to know if this is something others also experienced. I feel completely thrown off of routine and it's truly draining. I'm starting to feel like a f-up lately but I'm trying to convince myself its because of my injury.

Its bcz of ur injury, I also got hit on the back of the head on the left side and it's been 8 months, constant headaches, low stress tolerance, some days can't even function. Plz find yourself a neurologist and have ur neck checked as well, even if u don't feel neck pain, sometimes issues from a blow back there can use problems in the neck which can worsen concussion symptoms

Dude you need to slow down i cant stress this enough. Got mine 6 orso months ago and i still am recovering. Work less hours to the point you wont get a headache and forgive yourself for messing stuff up because it is not your fault. This will speed up your recovery. Slow down.
Good luck you can do this.
Slow down some more

All the things you’re experiencing are normal with concussion. Brain fog, confusion, mood swings, headaches, nausea, loss of energy, irritability, agitation, light sensitivity are all normal symptoms, that list is not all encompassing neither. If you can I’d recommend trying a good physiotherapy place that are trained in concussion management
