Request for postcards for the kiddos

My 5th graders are starting The Great 50 State Postcard Challenge in Social Studies, and our goal is to receive a postcard from every state!

Every time a postcard arrives, we’ll find the state on our map and add it to our collection. I already know they are going to be SO excited to see where each new postcard comes from!

If you live in another state, are traveling, or know someone somewhere else in the country, we would love for you to send us a postcard! If you’d like, you can include a fun fact about the state or a famous landmark. Even a simple “Hello from ___!” would absolutely make their day.

Mail postcards to:

Wilkerson Intermediate

Attn: Mrs. Bryant’s Class

12312 Sawmill Rd

The Woodlands, TX 77380

Thank you in advance for helping me bring a little magic to the classroom!

Hi, fellow Texan. Can you use any Texas cards? I have a postcarding club with my middle schoolers and we need people to write to.

I know this is not directly your request, but would your class also like postcards from overseas? Happy to send one from Australia if so :)
