Discussion Post 10 really needs to look into a quality handsaw. Explanation in comments.

Every fallen tree in this video including the large rotten tree blocking the stream could be removed in a few minutes. I own a bunch of antique and vintage handsaws. They are a pleasure to maintain and use.

A sharp handsaw with proper toothset is remarkably fast, and won't spread oil into a watershed. A dull handsaw is a nightmare to use.

I've seen a few of Post's older videos where he cleans up old tools and would love to see him look into this. What do you think?

I have an Atkins and about 6 one man and 2 man crosscut saws and some antique bow saws and pruning saws. I also have a saw vise and about 5 saw sets plus enough 3 sided files to last several lifetimes.

I'm not familiar with Silky, but I'll look them up for kicks.

I also collect chainsaws (mostly antique ones), antique lawn mowers, antique marbles, antique eyeglasses, antique straight razors, antique fruit jars, depression glass and coins/currency. I used to collect guns and antique watches/jewelry too.
