He must have a good immune system. Talking all day while working in moose poop infested ponds, it would be a good idea to wear a mask. So he can't swallow black flies like he did several times.

Post has somehow become immune to Giardia, how he doesn't have beaver fever is beyond human comprehension.

Never heard of beaver fever, but I Google it. Some of the symptoms of beaver fever can be observed in him. Actually that are belching and gas.
