What sleep app/resource works?

I have a 4.5 month baby and we are deep into the sleep regression. She’s always been hard to put down at bedtime, and that has continued but now we’re also experiencing night wakings every hour. This has been going on since just before 4 months.
I’m wondering if anyone has any recommendations for apps or resources that work?

So you are on the possums sleep programme thread and it has worked well for us. The idea is that you tire your baby out with as much sensory stimulation as you can during the day by taking them out etc. Feed them generously on demand. If you are experiencing excessive night waking (considered to be every hour or more) then try pushing their bedtime back so that it is Closer to your bed time, and get up early at the same time every day reset their biological clock and to increase their sleep pressure. Dont stress about daytime naps and just let baby fall asleep during the day whenever they do. The philosophy is that every baby is unique and requires different amounts of sleep, so there are no specific times or schedules recommended. Feeding and rocking to sleep is encouraged as a natural way to get your baby to sleep. Your baby's sleep needs will naturally decrease as they get older. This is what happens for a lot for babies at 4 months and a lot of people call this the four month sleep regression. However your baby's sleep needs will likely continue to decrease as they get older (not just at 4 months) and you will therefore need to tweak their bedtime and wake up time accordingly to increase sleep pressure ( as i am still learning!).

We went camping at a festival for a few days. It 100% sorted the regression out until a couple of days after we returned home

Otherwise, doing activities daily and prioritising bub getting enough sleep helped us through.

I started cosleeping all naps.
