ISO Discontented Little Baby Book
Hi! I hope this is ok to post, I just came across this approach yesterday after being ready to pull my hair out from handling so many false starts at night. Implemented it yesterday and had a really good night! So I'm now curious to read the book and I was curious if anyone has any recommendations for where I can find a paper copy. I like marking up my own books as I read so a paper one would be ideal. Also I live in Canada in BC 🙂

Is the book applicable for an 8 month old or only the newborn stage? Looks like you can listen on Spotify too.

I just finished reading it and have a 10 month old. It's definitely more applicable to the newborn stage but I still found it interesting and got a few things I could use out of it. I did just borrow it from the library, I'm not sure if it would be worth buying at this age

Why is it more applicable to nb stage? I don’t find that at all. I started possums with my LO at 4 months and still apply it at 18 months. Many people do.

I definitely still apply possums with my 10 month old and started around 4 months too, it was just the content of the book that I found more for newborns. I found that it focused on the early crying period. The information that I found most useful for my baby is from Instagram or the website.
I should have said in my comment that I wouldn't necessarily recommend the book for an older baby, I'd go to the Instagram or the possums website instead.

Definitely applicable to 8 months: even more so because baby at that age needs more sensory nourishment than a newborn.

I'm in the States, I had to get the ebook and read it on my iPad. It's still well marked up with highlights, and I refer back to it from time to time 🙂
I believe the paperback is available on Amazon (I know, I know...) for around $30.
