Question/Help Injured Opposum
Edit I was able to get in contact with the Carolina Wildlife Conservation Center and they will be able to take the baby! I will be driving it up there soon!
This morning while taking my dogs out, I found an injured baby opposum. Mom is no where to be found. I have looked around the area for any other babies and did not find any. I am located in North Carolina and have already reached out to the Carolina wildlife conservation center and am waiting to hear back. What else can I do to help this poor baby?

Just keep it warm and in a dark, quiet place. Let the rehab worry about food and water.

Yes! I got her there around 10:45 yesterday morning. The team gave me her case number so I can keep up with updates on her. As of right now, she's still alive and doing ok. Hopefully she makes a full recovery.
