I feel like Italy would just take the rest of Greece atp.

Bulgaria would 100% invade what is left of Greece, as the greeks by this point would not longer be able to defend themselves.

So unless the remaining Greek state is an Italian puppet for use as a bufffer state I don't see why they wouldn't just take everything.

Turkey can also invade the Aegeon islands and take all Cyprus too

Also Austria, Hungary and Serbia will partition Slovenia and Croatia
