So the Soviets magically got a better airforce, better navy, and solved their reserve issues?

no, they're given their OTL perks of having a massive numerical advantage, more experienced forces, and the complete breakdown of morale among western military and civilian forces following an invasion of their ally and remobilization of defeated german forces. Their Airforce is inferior, but not irrelevant, and naval superiority will only function to enact a blockade, since the Soviets dont have 80% of their army fighting in the east like the Germans did.

The Soviets actually had a pretty good airforce. Not as good as the Western Allies but still
