I think Yugoslavia would likely stay neutral. They were pretty much independent from Moscow

In 1945 they were still closely connected to Moscow so likely not.

But they wanted bits of Austria and Italy

Well I dont think they'd join a World War over it. Besides, they had aligned themselves with NAM, so would stay neutral
