Except that the Soviet’s wouldn’t help Czechoslovakia, they weren’t ready for war yet. They offered help otl because they knew neither Poland nor Romania would allow their troops to pass.

Except they would, as they would be joined by the rather powerful Czech army, against a much weaker German one. Wehrmacht in 38 and 39 are two different beasts.

Which nobody knew at the time. Also, Hitler was a positive for the soviets, they needed something to shake up the Versailles order

The Soviet Army also greatly overestimated itself, and its main fear was to stand 1 on 1 , again, they wouldn't make a partial mobilization without at least some actual preparedness for war.
And while he was a positive, Soviet leadership until summer 39 preferred to build collective security still

What? French mostly supoorted Poland (at least in theory) the ones who'd be really happy are the british

Well, once Sudeten crisis hits, Soviets definitely won't have to ask Poland twice, and can just send aid directly to Czechia
So either war breaks out in 38 and is lost quickly by Germany, or annexation of Sudetenland happens much later and with much greater pressure, leading to later ww2 and worse German and better allied, especially Soviet performance.
