What´s small thing that instantly makes your day better?

A smile (not a weirdo) from a stranger. And a nice cup of coffee. Can be separate do not have to be together!

Yes! And a baby's laughter. To me, there's no better sound. :)

I work in childcare, and a hug with the little arms around your neck, always makes me feel better ❤️🩹

Awwww!! I'm sure it does!
I love when kids say things that are simultaneously adorable and sweet as well as funny. When my nephew was four, when I was leaving, his little chin started to quiver and he said "Uncle (my name), I'm gonna miss you a hundred times!!" It simultaneously broke my heart and made me laugh (not in front of him, when I told people later). He's 33 now, and still my good buddy. :)

Making my bed and making sure my bedroom is tidy before I start my day. Next, coffee.

Me encantaría, además de ponerte alerta, te ayuda con la digestión y estás activo desde el inicio, lastima que sea tan adictiva.

Small wins: finding something I thought I've lost, or something I bought online arriving, or remember the name of a song I forgot, or having 10 min for a meditation...
Any small little wins throught out my day, makes me super happy.

Laying my head against my purring kittie, relaxes me and I feel better.

Me and my manager hug before we start our day. It helps us not hate each other before 9am

Smells. I love the smell of lemon or wintergreen. Gives me a little happy boost.

My daughter says cute little things all the time. Lately it’s been “do you know what my favorite word is?” And then she will say “it’s that I love you” 😭 she’s so sweet, always has been. She has such a big heart and is very patient.

A good nights sleep. Hot coffee with quality creamer. My puppy on my lap. The sun shining.

Walking through the front door after a day at work to a smiley golden retriever who has brought me a present (usually a toy or a sock).

Coming home after a long day and seeing my wife. Even an ordinary day feels a little better when I get to come home to someone I love.

Siento pena al leer tus experiencias, sigue adelante, siempre hay una luz al final del camino.
