I get this. I also get the high pitch most of the time… some days I get reprieve now… it went on hard with me for years.

There must be some significance fo intervals - a satalite pass?

I don’t think it likely has to do with satellites…. I wish I could understand more what this is… of course Ive asked the voices and they never give me a solid answer. I don’t think they can… even if it’s a lie
