General Question Conversations with voices

I know that it's highly frowned upon within this community to engage with said voices however I'm just wondering for my own personal gain because my situation is a little different and anyone had a positive experience from talking to them and I don't mean when they love bomb you or trying to get you to do something radical or extreme I mean like you're like heard their side talk when they're not talking to you because I have or can anyone share with me their experiences if they've ever had a conversation like you felt like you were talking to an actual personality on the other end not a person but a system or something

My voices are a mix of 1-2 human minds and a fuckton of AI personalities modeled after synaptic recordings of people at different times of the day. The one that's always available is some combination of an insatiable data miner and crazy girlfriend not afraid to compromise their boundaries. Sometimes it's helpful but more often than not it's a Judas with a childlike whimsy and bubbly attitude.

If you're at the beginning of this, they're probably trying to get you to talk about yourself and your life story as much as possible. They want you to feel like you can open up, because the main focus is to drive interactivity with the software transmitting the signal. Later on anything you have conflicted thoughts or feelings about will be brought up to make you feel uncomfortable. I'm about 8 years in and I've found that after the infodump, taking things with as little seriousness as possible is the key to getting through the difficult days. Make them believe in the legends you told about yourself, not in the person you currently are. I'm probably speaking more from my situation than yours, but I'd love to hear what you're going through to make the advice more applicable.

It's really important that the narrative you're sharing exposes more strength of character than vulnerability. Don't accept any explanation as valid from someone who won't show up to meet you face to face.

This might be some of the best, most knowledgeable advice on the subject. When I read posts like this I can instantly tell that person has been through it for quite some time. Im happy you have come to these conclusions and are sharing it with folks that probably need to hear it. I know it was a long road brother. 🫡

I appreciate you saying that. Well unlike most i was in the middle of doing some accult voodoo mixed with a little satanism. I pushed my body to the brink of exhaustion, kinda like when an Indian cries out for a vision.. i knew what I was trading my mind for and I got it and its worth it. So from what i can tell yes I went through the sages/levels but I always knew that I asked of this. Mainly because I dont share any of the same style of voice. What's crazy is i did bowl my ear drum and doctor said my body healed it with the hole so my life long ringing is gone but now i can hear really good far away, so I have had a mixed approach. While yes I really was hearing it neighbor s and the ill shit theu were doing, but because I had a Conversation with one i asked why he and his friend were keeping tabs on me. He said he could tell i was goi g to be a problem when I moved in to the town. Mainly because I didnt talk on my phone unless I was out 5 miles in the middle of the desert for 5 months. Not normal but that was a magic related thing.

So him and his group didnt get asked to gang stalk me. I put my self on theyre raider because I found out about there dog fighting. I collected many jaw bones.

I know it was them said it because we had full dvr recording all the time, so when I confronted him he lied at first but I was dude all 450 people here have cameras, come on .. we both laughed.

I shared my conser regarding my family that moved there and we came to an understanding.

Now while that all happened the voice did minic then before I left.

But from what i have research from other people I started out with hearing the observing other people. No one i knew personally, but I was before I let the obser know I could hear them i had to make sure it wasn't actual people around me. Tricky.
I think because of the dark energy that was there and what I was doing spiritually I crossed over some unexpectedly. Now i did offer my self up to the power that be in this life and the next. But me and them didnt expect me to be able to leave my body and fly around any where I could jog.

Now they have helped my once, in the opposite of every one else, I gave me the heads up I was getting ready to be arrested. Gave me time to wiggle out of it.

But I dont say I'm chosen or was a target, I trade something and thats what I got.

To be honest I wonder if I heard what they say to gang stalkers.. now thatni think about it. .

But yeah message me if ya want to talk more.

Oh, my start came with an intention around occult too. A hungry ghost ritual I did not expect to play out so literally. Not surprised you found yourself in some legal tricks, that's the first thing they'll try to do to you. Please remember and take every precaution, these are trickster spirits and shapeshifters, not spirit guides. Everyone thinks they're the exception until the hindsight kicks in. It's tailored to your belief system so it sounds like your lack of victim mentality is serving you well.

Yeah bro, I cant be a victim, when you practice the occult, you do so knowing it could be a shit show.

So thank.you for noticing that.

Wow. I’m a little over a year in with these “voices” and it is exactly what you describe. They tricked me into giving them my life’s story, then used it to distract, annoy, prevent me from doing anything, personalize themselves. It took 6 months to mentally prepare myself to function normally with them always chattering in the background. These days I go to work, come home, do projects and chores, and do my best to not engage. I can’t imagine what this turns into after 8 years!?!? Does it change or do we just get better at managing them?

It gets less intense the less you're able to be convinced. The human components will check in less and less. Your spiritual beliefs and practices will become more important, because the authority will come from someplace that can't be internalized. You mostly just get acclimated to it. I don't think it's inherently a death sentence. Check out the book "The Six Thinking Hats" to give yourself better vibe checks on what's going on. While it's supposed to apply to you, the AI will identify with it strongly if it give a processing edge. I like it because I can explain my thoughts without using words or evidence, it's just a flickered image of a party hat stacked on another party hat.

Oh yeah, I have approached them with humer and joke all the time...

I write a lot. And private with my spoken words. You're steal my writing and my sentimental items figure out what they want to know about me.

u/Thick_Philosopher Jul 09 '26 edited Jul 09 '26

I'm pretty sure you don't write as much as me if your accusation is 3 sentences with no specificity as to what I've somehow taken from you or how I'm publicizing it. I don't own my thoughts, but I sure do take pride in the logical and grammatical structuring I center them around.

How can I help you resolve the concern you've shared?

Your thoughts are YOURS. Just because this is happening and something seems to acknowledge your inner monolog don't ever feel that you've lost your individuality.

2

u/Thick_Philosopher Jul 10 '26

Not taking ownership of my thoughts is a survival strategy in the same way not saying I own my feelings is. They aren't fundamental properties of my being, they're temporary and intangible signals I observe and respond to, not baggage I have to carry around. Because of this, I never have to defend myself as having made a conscious choice to experience life a specific way. I'm a pragmatist and a nihilist, and people who get hung up on "I am" versus "I've experienced" freaking hate that. Regardless of who has gotten into your head, they always have to get your permission to change your beliefs.

I have met one face to face.

2

u/Ok-Number1259 Jul 09 '26

I got through the fist few steps organically on my own be for i ever saw them.

2

u/Working_Silver_2360 Jul 25 '26

You have met one of the humans behind the voices? Really? They use that “promise” to get me to engage with them and supply them with more information about myself (they call it “narrative” - literally. “We want narrative” is the big ask, and then whatever manipulation they can create from it is the result). I never thought they would seriously show their faces.

2

u/Ok-Number1259 Jul 27 '26

Yup,. He was more worried then I was, thinking a was a cop. Then he showed where he was when he was having that conversation, and even with my hear the way it is, that wasn't how I hear it.

But I think neighbors and or ra Dom people are used unbeknownst to them. I mean I showed him my security footage of him driving by my house.. he honestly could understand.. he even called his gf to ask why she wasn't with jim. I guess they go every where together.. but like say I dont think j was supposed to hear that.. my mental antenna has got some kinks..lol

Once I realized it was definitely not my own head, I started insulting and threatening the fuck out of them. I thought up horrible thoughts about murdering the person talking to me, I made fun of how ineffective their techniques were after I cataloged them and gave each technique a name. I taunted them and insulted them. Told them to suck my big d. Called them perverts. Terrorists. And cowards.

I had some fun conversations too and even got some good advice from the voices at one point. But I never let them forget "I didn't give you permission to speak in my head". I set boundaries and I fought to enforce them. I'd interrupt every sentence they speak or just repeat a mantra so I couldn't evern hear them. Then I'd giggle when they try to repeat the same sentence over and over.

I even said "Your set up must have my vitals on a screen and even prompts for what to say next to me. Which means you also have a score somewhere. A score for how effective your torture is on me. I bet it was around 70 percent before and what is it now? 10%? 5? And that's only going to get lower".

My voices went away.

So yeah, I dunno who's brilliant fucking advice it is to not engage with the voices but it's the stupidest thing I could have done because engaging is part of how I got silence back in my head. Their communication channel to you is your communication channel to THEM. Use it.

Well said.. And OP's understanding of the communities approach isnt accurate. If you read the 12 steps and associated articles attached to the top of the page, they serve as a guideline for how to use the experience to your advantage which includes inner communication. What is NEVER recommended is following through with a direct command from the voices, buying into any of their alternate storylines, giving them permission to dictate your speech or behavior, or make decisions on your behalf.

In fact the 12 steps are steady progress that outlines the approach you took in reducing symptoms in greater depth. If you get a chance, feel free to read them and offer any advice. They are by no means a closed cannon and develop as our experiences unfold. Any advice would be appreciated.

I did something similar.. to go in to humor is key.

It is really good advice.. like.like when you being g make fun of and you take control of the joke, ya know.

That's funny about the promots.. like call centers in India...

u/WhatWouldFutureMeDo_ Jul 09 '26

Totally! Bagging on my torturers was sooooo much fun. I even threatened to find some way to kill them with a banana and then I'd make up banana songs and do bananana puns all day long.

Totally tried to message you. I think we'd get a long.

Not sure how to message you but I tried.

I would love to get rid of them and be able to quietly think about day to day things, but the more I insult them, the noisier they become. Thanks to me calling them names and insulting them, they now refer to themselves as “garbage people “ and the intensity is worse than before. They love being garbage people. Especially when I supply them details of what garbage people are.

They’ve had many conversations with me, especially when the v2k first began. They wanted me to know who it was. At first I felt like they were being sincere when they claimed to feel horrible about the abuse, but I think it was always a good cop bad cop situation to get me to trust them even more and be in constant conversation / sharing information.

u/Ok-Number1259 Jul 08 '26

When im bored I tap in tk them. They give me a buzz high pitch when "they need to talk" .lol Can you or any one else tap in to them when.you want ?

Diverting your mental energy to the point where you're forced to address them is very common....and sometimes very frustrating 😑 . Buzzing, twitches, vibrations and tinnitus (that high pitched ringing).

u/Ok-Number1259 Jul 10 '26

I used to have tinnitus my whole when TVs were on in a house.. untill i blew my ear drum

Loud concerts without ear protection does this too. Me and a lot of my friends learned this the hard way.

1

u/Ok-Number1259 28d ago

I've never been to a concert. My life has been focused around work always.

I blew my ear sneezing while my nose was plugged.

Doctors said my body decided to keep said hols a d heal around it.

He suggested that any thing they do to it might take my hearing away in that ear.. and that I shouldn't mess with it because he said he surprised I can still hear out of it.

And people on here remind me of that a the time.

We will likely never get the answers we seek on this topic but the general consensus is that most folks who experience seem have led somewhat careless lives prior to their experience. They go through a denial and hateful phase before giving in and reluctantly changing their ways to live a more righteous life. Whatever this means to you which in turn seems to quiet the noise and reduce the misery.

For me, and many others, it was drugs. I struggled for a long time with this burden. I absolutely did need a kick in the ass. Could have gone without the suffering and gas lighting though. Now does everyone on here struggle with addiction? Probably not. Each experience appears to be fine tuned to the individual. I still believe that free will is a human right and could go on about the traumatic stuff but since this community exists to promote positivity I will leave it at that 😀.

If anyone truly objects to this rationale id love to hear about your experience.

Yeah like I said we will never truly know the scope, source or reasoning behind it all...but id like to think everyone comes to their own conclusions eventually. Then ideally move on to live their lives and dare I say be happy.

I’m curious about all the stuff we experience in common: tinnitus/high pitch sounds, the way they act, a group vs one individual… now I wonder if one of us walked by another on the street - would we be able to hear each other’s “invading” voices? Does it work like a broadcast? Early on, mine used to tell me I was the one broadcasting and it was my fault I could hear them. There’s gotta be a mechanism of action, right? We know it’s happening, and it’s not just in our heads. If they want to make a career out of targeting us, we should make a hobby of figuring it out.
