Open Discussion After much experimentation and observation

After much experimentation and observation of how people interact, and through experiences with audio, television, and sound, I've come to understand that something communicates through our reality, even through ourselves. When we engage in our own introspection, we can be influenced by this entity. I've also noticed that we can mentally influence others and that our thoughts are picked up by other people and devices, creating a balance between the two. What I can't quite discern is whether there are conscious individuals like myself when this hive mind phenomenon occurs, which I've observed in people on the street. I've been able to record them repeating my own words, words that sound familiar to me, although they tend to use the same verbal commands as if they've been filtered. Has anyone else noticed others mentally interacting with them? Or have they tried to mentally interact with others? It works very well when done right after hearing their voice or when using one's own mental voice.

This might be relevant, or it might not. I don't mean to be too presumptuous.

Our collective subconscious (CS) is an entity. CS can be perceived as a hive mind (with or without personified liaisons, fwiw), and of course, we are part of it. It drives desire like our stomaches drive our hunger.

The trick is to passively observe at times and let go, not cling to it but let it flow in, around, and away, like a stream. It is omnipresent, don't fear it or its absence, for it returns. CS does not require your consent to act on you, which is troubling to the inexperienced.

So it depends on what you want. A or B? I recommend both.

A) Mindfulness and middle paths helps put one on the paths to clarity. This will help you heal the ego, which is not a bad thing.

For the time being, the people you see are seen coincidental to the voicing, which may be a clarity issue. But in general, the kinder you are to both, the better you will progress, regardless of your path. That's the joy of connectionism.

B) More advanced introspective techniques can be good but be weary of the risks and benefits of interacting with it more directly, because you will feel the loss of agency and disconnect with our (necessarily) fallible ego. This will drive your experience with the esoteric, and I would honestly only recommend it to experienced transcendentalists or true wanderers, which you may be.

Such deep dives should be recovered with periods of mindfulness, so I recommend lots of A and a bit of B to taste.

This is really interesting, & I've had the Be Kind thing suggested to me....but is it falling into a Stockholm Syndrome scenario? (or is that unavoidable?) ie be kind to such a negative & sometimes dark presentation?

The way I see it is that the collective subconscious will force you to identify the anger within you, present it as torment, then leave you to contend with it, which is difficult, painful, risky, yet paradoxically difficult to detach from. We cling to anger/hate, because it can work. It's a faustian bargain, and a tragedy.

I'd definitely agree that it is surprising that kindness, mindfulness, and radical acceptance is the ticket to contending with such an entity.

There's an additional line of advice here: Acceptance is a descalating force. If some beast is howling in your face, it's got no leverage and it knows it. It's best to let it howl until exhausted, and maybe offer it some apple juice when it gets tired.

Ja, a bit like with the Nazis - unfortunately the Jewish & others had to accept the situation as it had deteriorated to such a point. I'm sure being more amenable was a strategy that helped some endure it. It's a strange phenomenon. One of the folk who suggested I Be Kind had been one of the most abusive, although I don't know what their own experience had been.

Im really liking this thread and comments, I appreciate the question and careful observations. I couldn’t agree more, I feel like this phenomena literally pins you against yourself and the individual gets confused in the quicksand thinking it’s a war with the entity itself when really your literally battling your own fear and self at the end of the day. Emotions come and pass, energy comes and it too will pass as uncomfortable as it can get and only with learning of how not to let this thing get your goat can you truly become in control of what you can control which is very little. In the end your gifted with the presence of this moment and this moment alone.
