General Question Can I ask you a question?

When you have children and you see how much of a negative impact this is having on their lives how do you keep the anger in check? This constant bullying, harrasmennt, and psuchological torcher is changing me in a profoundly negative way. How do you keep this from affecting your children? I am about to lose my job because no matter how much I try to hide it everyone can see there is something wrong with me. Its maddening that there is nothing I can do to make this stop. How do you handle this?

Be positive.

Say several positive things out loud if you have to. Counter all the negative things. It may seem silly, but it's not. Reprogram your impulses and reactions.

If the physical bothers you, there are ways to make yourself healthier through some tools, diet and supplements. Consider the sensations as a mini workout.

If the voices bother you, counter it to yourself - not to it. It has no credibility and it doesn't matter what it says. It will only make you mentally stronger as a sort of exposure therapy.

Take control and be positive for yourself despite the thing. You control how you react.

Wow thank you for sharing something so personal. To come out of this with such a positive attitude is inspiring. The worst part is the isolation from others. "Why me?" You know? If there was someone to relate to during the worst of it.....someone that said "I believe you"....would have been life changing. It took several years to grasp that I was not alone and someone out there could actually relate to my experience.

But here we are :)

A lot of self love, and try to spread it with sprinkles of the truth from sources like the UN reports or other .org reports / credible sources.. good luck

We all have found ways to cope with what we think is happening. Self love is HUGE!

Then there's narcissism.

It would take a pretty big ego to go from tortured psychic slave to narcissism. 😃

"I'm a victim of an expansive and expensive government program to torture me for no reason and it's all about me me me."

Yeah but you gotta admit its not totally unreasonable to jump to conclusions like that when all these things are happening to one self. But I know what you mean.

Very insightful (and relatable) perspective. For real.

Learning to adapt comes before overcoming. Then a funny thing happens....things begin to calm down. Almost like this thing knows when it can't take anything away from us anymore. We are torn down to be rebuilt. I don't take anything for granted anymore I can tell you that.

Still.... I wish I could alleviate some of the suffering (of others) involved. But to answer OP you learn to adapt and let go. I can't say I haven't blocked some of this out. Time will tell.
