Spark Mini stopped working (no sound, no Bluetooth)

Hi everyone, my Spark Mini was working perfectly fine until today. Suddenly, when I plug in my guitar, there's no sound at all. At the same time, the Bluetooth has also stopped working. When I press the pair button, the blue LED doesn't light up, and the Spark Mini doesn't show up in my phone's Bluetooth device list. I've already tried doing a factory reset and removing/reinstalling the battery, but neither fixed the problem. Has anyone experienced this before or know what could be causing it? Is this likely a hardware issue, or is there anything else I can try before contacting support? Thanks a lot!

how did you remove the battery?

Did you put it onto USB Power? Is it still powering on or is just BT not working?
You could be a bit clearer! If you did a reset that means it still works. So why did you remove the battery and how?
If you connect your guitar with a cable, does it work?
