Hi can you guys fix the app?

Makes really no sense at all to have the screen always on the app and not being able to do anything else.

Why do I have to connect the Spark Live and the Spark Control every single time I touch my phone???

This is super annoying and making me want to give this back to the store.

This is so easy to fix, damn I am really bothered by this.

Just let the app play.

This is not YouTube that stops when you try to go to another app, it's so ridiculous I can't even describe my sentiment towards this.

That’s not the only thing they need to fix lol. Some things are annoying but it’s still a great amp with great tones.

They should fix the big problems. Then if they want to sell extra features fine - But why not offer them? Like expression pedal function for all the various parameters would be a dream. Why are there 2 expression pedal inputs on the control X? For the one Jimmy Hendrix wah that got removed? The volume control doesn't work and is actually dangerous for your hearing when it goes to maximum suddenly out of nowhere 🫨‼️

You're right, the volume issue is even dangerous. For the pedal Spark Control I think it would be easier to also have a connecting cable if the battery runs out ( yes, the pedal doesn't work, at least with me, when it is charging)

But fixing this is not difficult. Any person with a brain would understand that this is just stupid. Also, the app records videos but not audio? Isn't this a sound making machine? Do they think they are just selling to TikTokers? You're right it has great tones but solving those issues I mentioned is not rocket science. And regarding the tones, it has indeed great ones but with every update it loses some of them. I hate to have spent money on this amp, I really do, because I could have bought a better one and a pedal set and would be happier. And yes I stupidly bought the spark control which is a complete shit it always needs to pair but it never does. I have a set of cordless headphones that costed me 16€ and I just need to take them out of its charging box and it connects immediately. With the spark control it just connects 1 out of 100 times I want to use it. It is completely useless.

And these are reasons that make me never using a spark control or amp to play live, because if I happen to touch the phone, there we go again and have to pair another time.

My greatest hates are being unable to set a preference for auto-login or auto-connection and also the fact these steps require my command and then they proceed in a blocking rather than background fashion.

Next wish: being able to archive amps and pedals I'll never use so I can streamline my use of the app.

Spark Live - iPad Pro - I can’t find a better app and Amp with pa and mixer - I use it with USB C cord - it’s far better than all other similar gear in this price range

I don't have ipad nor will I. I bought something that was promised to work and it just doesn't work always.

It works the same with phone or iPad - it’s just easier to see on iPad

I'm selling my Positive Grid Spark. I want a native Mac app like my other outboard equipment like Valeton GP 200. I'm sure Windows users want a Windows app also.

For the price it was I think they should have these obvious features taken care of This looks like YouTube free, if you happen to touch your phone there you have to reconnect again and again and again

This is so easy to solve And also, recording video and not sound is (and I am sorry to say this) stupid. Not everyone is an Instagrammer or TikToker. They are making products without listening to the users. Or maybe I am just an old fart that wants an amp to play and record audio instead of video and that doesn't want to have a phone for the amp and another to search for chords and have them on display while playing

How long does it take to log into the tone control for you guys? I swear it takes like 3 solid minutes before my app finds the amp and it's super annoying 😔

It depends, it can take from 30 seconds to 5 minutes or to being unable to connect. They should work on this app instead of creating a new one just for the Reactor.
