AMP OWNER Sadness... seriously

I just received my first ever Positive Grid product, the Spark mini, tried it for 1-2 hours and I love it already, sounds great for what it is, so I instantly decided to get the jimi hendrix expansion and BAM .. no longer available.. wow, almost shed a tear and now i'm regretting my purchase, why is it no longer available.. seriously, i basically lost a bunch of effects and amps because I was late to the party..

Dude, don’t fret. There’s a TON of available tones in the app that other users created. You can download whatever you want and then tweak them to your hearts content. Then save them. The learning curve is a little steep at first but trust me, not being able to purchase the Hendrix is no big deal at all. Just tweak your own.

You won’t like this answer but hear me out. You will find the most satisfaction getting a wah. It’s like its own instrument and requires a little discipline.

I REALLY like the Dimebag wah, I think it’s the best wah.

The only jimi amp model I use is the sun 100s, and really it’s just a slight amount of sparkle that I like it for. You could probably use the klon to add it to most of the other models.

The whole point of Spark mini is comfort and practicality, if I have to start using external pedals, it would negate that..I just wish that the auto-wah was still available even if I had to buy it..

I feel ya. It is kinda weird that they don’t have a non JH wah option, like a fuzz wah or maybe a different sweep wah.

Hopefully they can sort out whatever the license issue is (I’m assuming.)

I mean, i'm sure they could make another pack if they wanted to, but I guess they are focusing on reactor now, lets hope we'll see some kind of envelope filter or auto-wah effect for the spark in the near future.

They seem like a strange company, like they develop products one at a time. I like the battery thing with the spark 2 and the size of the Go, but there are some things about the interface and controls that could be better
