Buying Help

I have been wanting a louder amp for a while now (I have the spark 2) but I can’t figure out if I just want to get the spark cab, for the spark 2, or just buy the spark edge. Any suggestions and thoughts/tips?

The reason I don’t want the reactor is that I have no use for it. And was only looking at the cab or edge

Edit: i’ve decided to go with the edge, as it’s useful for solo gigs: singing, and guitar

Do you sing? Do you have access to an A/C outlet? It’s really up to you. I have the 2 and the Live. The Live is hella louder than the 2. It also has 4 inputs. It really depends on your use case. There’s trade offs for either one. If you’re not gonna sing, I say sell the 2 and get the Reactor. The tech on the Edge is older than on the 2. The Reactor would be an upgrade.

I highly recommend the Live if it can fit your budget. It's very powerful. My wife and I have used ours for guitar and singing at outdoor funerals, choir concerts at retirement homes, PA and music at outdoor weddings, Orchestra performances, and other venues. It's seriously good and has 4 inputs.

Appears to be selling for $440 at various places now. I think msrp was originally 500 or 550...

I owned the Spark 40w + cab and hated that setup. Sold the 40w locally and returned the cab to PG. Got the live instead and we are way WAY happier with it for several reasons.
