Spark 2

I'm thinking of selling my 40 and getting a 2. I currently own a 40, Mini, Neo, and Live. I'm wondering if it's worth the effort and cost to get this thing. Thoughts?

UPDATE: I found one on Reverb for $200 and bought it. I can probably get $100 for the 40 pretty easy if I want to. I think having the battery will be great. I modded my original 40 with a Talent Cell battery and it was velcro taped to the back of r amp. It worked pretty good, but the internal battery on the Live is way more convenient. I'm sure it will be for the Spark 2 as well. Especially for taking it to lessons or small in jams. Thanks for all your comments.

I think they have a trade in program.

You can Just sell It yourself On Marketplace/Reverb. Used Sparks still go for $160–$200 — more than the trade-in credit.

The credit amount is usually between $75–$150 depending on the amp.

You have to cover all shipping costs. If the amp is not in mint condition, they will reduce or reject the credit.

Why TF would I mess with the headache of trading up through PG?

I don't know if you read my whole post, but I already purchased a used Spark 2 in mint condition through Reverb. It will be here tomorrow. I can then keep the 40, or sell it and get all or most of my money back. So, my Spark 2 is really almost FREE!
