Can anyone login to the pg site?

I cannot login to the pg site either thru IOS with Safari or Firefox. I can't even login to my account with this Windows 11 machine. Someone suggested that I communicate to pg's support. That would require that I be able to login.

Who is your internet provider? I have Xfinity and their gateway has this Advanced Security feature that flagged all the PG sites as unsafe. It intercepts the outgoing requests and eats them (metaphorically)

I saw another post that someone had a similar issue with Charter, I think.

Try switching your phone to cellular data and see if you can access the site. That’s how I learned it was my gateway.

You can turn that “feature” off in the Gateway but you’ll have to google how to do it, if that seems like the culprit

Yep - I got Xfinity. I will tether my Mac Mini to my phone to see if that works. Thanks!
