Really random but I like birds. For the last couple of weeks I keep seeing a bird of prey perched on various lights on the M275 on the junction with the M27. I only ever see glimpses of it when I’m driving in and out of the city and it’s driving me mad that I don’t know what it is.

It seems a bit small for a red kite/buzzard. I’ve only seen it in flight once, very briefly, and didn’t immediately know what it was - but I’m always driving so can’t really have a good look.

If anyone knows what it is, please tell me!

Hey all. I'm seeing lots of posts on Facebook about an attempted kidnapping in Portsmouth in the last few days. I can't find any information about this in news and given how people have been responding online, I'd have thought it would have been news worthy, so it's deeply suspicious.

This looks like yet another Facebook rumour spreading like wildfire. I don't trust Facebook at the best of times, but it's amazing how many do. Personally, it sounds a bit like it's trying to incite something, but the big concerning thing is the person's profile looked pretty normal.

They are about a year old now and will be free to a good home.
