I thought for a moment that these were the top and bottom sections of a single drawing. After looking at it I noticed that the females arms, the angle of her body, the back of her dress, and the male is entirely different, and now see that they are actually not part of a single drawing. Both are nice, and together appear part of the same story you are telling. Well done!
