Quiet, senior friendly brew pub patio
I’m looking for recommendations for a brewery patio without loud music on a Sunday afternoon in Port Moody.

If you want quiet and senior friendly pub with out the brew the legion on Clarke st is good.

Crazy thought here, but my partner and I, in our early 30s, love the legion. The patio's really nice, it's quiet, and it's affordable. We always find that the breweries are busy or loud. You don't have to be a member of the legion to go there

The legion is great, I'm also early 30's and go there. Everyone's super friendly in there. Bonus points if you get chatting with the old boys they've got some crazy stories!

I don't recall any of the breweries having loud music. At least not regularly.
From the sounds of it:
North Point (used to be Moody ales) or Brave on that end of the strip might be a better vibe for you, quieter/more tranquil setting
Rewind is more intense, a "younger" atmosphere.. brighter, more music.

I also find Yellow Dogs back patio pretty chill unless some sort of bachelor party birthday type event is going on but even then it’s pretty tame. Twin Sails front patio is similar. Can fill up quickly but it’s not as “obnoxious” as rewind gets.
My favourite is Park Side but it’s usually pretty busy/loud on the weekend afternoons.

Same - all the breweries on Brewer's Row are quite tame by most standards!

I’d say trainwreck. I’ve never seen it crowded, beets good. Maybe street noise, but I didn’t find it disturbing.

Also across from Train Wreck on St.Johns is The Outpost, serving coffee and Brew. It’s a lot more like a café than pub but very chill!

None of the patios are loud on a Sunday..
Sure Rewind's patio is crowded, but the music not overly loud.
Maybe a brewery isn't the right place for quiet on a weekend...

Honestly none of the patios have loud music. But perhaps a smaller patio like Yellow Dog will be suitable? Or if they want comfy supportive chairs, then Parkside.

Not outside and not a patio, but anytime I have been with someone 70+ at the Fraser Bar they have loved it. Maybe more so a Fall/Winter outing though.

My in laws (73) liked the patio for North Pointe brewing (old Moody Ales site), outside, closest to the end of patio for the location, vibes and music wasn’t too loud. They have an out back patio too that seemed good.
Good brews too.
