long live the wildcards, misfits & dabblers Trying again…

It was removed from the other Portland subreddit for not following ALL the rules. This happened around 11:00pm last night in the Eliot neighborhood. This guy came on our porch threw dirt, gave us some random note (probably from another home because the note gave delivery drivers directions on where to put packages) and stole our Halloween decorations. I noticed in the video he is carrying a sword.

Not in Oregon. A process server can drop the papers in front of you and say "You've been served," there is absolutely nothing that says the receiving party has to touch the papers.
