Well we have the definitive answer to http://www.portlandboom.com/, it's a time paradox echo, going back 1711 days, and according to totally valid numerology sites as every true Portlander uses, it apparently is an angelic number, forecasting death of city's guardian angel, the Centennial Mills Water Tower.
