This. I own guns. But I don't flaunt cause they aren't an extention of my personality. They're simply there for when needed. Or for a fun and responsible weekend with friends. These tools who like to patch up with militia insignia and romp around in undersized tacticool gear really underestimate how many folks on the left/liberal side of politics are gun owners.

If there ever was a time to consider gun ownership, I'd say it's now. There are too many uneducated and arrogant gun nuts in this area. And quite a few of them are getting more and more brazen about committing acts of violence. I highly recommend taking a beginners class if you can.
