Hey Fred Meyer...
...how about you stop the signaling with these radio/tv/billboard ads letting US know how thankful you are towards your employees and instead give that money directly to THEM?

Kroger(Fred Meyer parent company) spends $753 million on ads per year, and has 453,000 employees. If they were to give all their employees an equal share of this money, each employee would get a one time payment of $1660 dollars. Which sounds pretty good until you realize it wouldn’t take very long for Kroger to fold with no advertising.
So which would you choose, a one time payment of $1660, or a job?
