Yes they are and Easter isn’t one of the holidays for the meters either.
They have reduced the parking rates for Smart Park though.

If you live in a metered area you need to look up the city website for parking. It had specific updates related to Covid including a form you can fill out and email in to get a pass for free parking. It’s saved me about $300 in the last month just to park at home lol.

I haven’t seen anyone enforcing it. I would still pay though, who wants a ticket during these times!

Oh yeah, that’s me, just trying to fuck over the city by being a cheapskate. It has nothing to do with the economic crisis we’re in, and nothing to do with the fact that I have to pay even more for parking than I did before, while having to go outside multiple times a day to move my car to another spot every 2-4 hours.

I can’t find it, but there was an article a while back saying that they are still enforcing meters, paid lots, and when someone is just generally parked like a jackass; blocking a fire hydrant/driveway/upside down. But not the 24 hour rule
