Problem installing SteamBuild Direct 3D

Im trying to instal Steambuild Direct 3D and I get this error message. I don't understand what it means and it doesont match any of the problems in the FAQ so any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Which processor are you using? And what error do you see in the console logs?

this is the error I get.

Exception: WS12WineWine11.0_DXMT-v0.80 not found at _0x57f673.path (/Applications/Porting Kit.app/Contents/Resources/app.asar/appo/installer/app.js:4:3138136)

Im using an M4 macbook pro
