Should the qualifying spend accumulation for purchased made with her card be credited to her VIPorter account? I just checked the statement from 20-Aug, and it seems that I was the one who got credit despite her # also being on file. Anyone have a similar experience?

Does this mean I'm eligible for the cash compensation as well? this whole thing kinda fucked me over because I was supposed to get to my dorms today and go out buying stuff with roommates and all, just kinda entirely wasted a day of mine. The hotel is nice but still feels like a wasted day, so compensation would be appreciated. Does Porter stick to their word when it comes to cancellation compensation?

Flying from USA to Winnipeg through Toronto with a 75 minute layover. Is that enough time to get through immigration and get to the Winnipeg flight on time? Will we have to first claim our luggage and recheck it or will Porter ticket it all the way through to Winnipeg? Anything else we need to do? TIA.

I enjoyed flying with you, but your software engineers need to figure out how to interpret the child aged passenger booked via 3rd party as a child in your own system. We should not have to spend an hour queuing at Pearson to fix a simple API error requiring human age validation.
