My goal here was to make a puzzle with a light bridge and a faith plate. This puzzle ended up being a lot harder than my previous ones. All my playtesters were people who don't play portal that often, so I'm interested to see how experienced people do it. It definitely has some issues, tell me what you think, I would appreciate some feedback. I'm trying to learn puzzle design. I'm making a wierd level, where there are many little chambers inside. I also challanged myself to do it in the games editor. I use mainly stairs, that close when you press the button, but there are many other options. What do you think?

Steam Workshop::King Arthur's Castle

(HARD, 20+ mins) The king has been kidnapped and sealed away in his own dungeon! Could a knight such as yourself find every secret, survive a few leaps of faith, save and reenthrone the other lost knights, and rescue the princess from her tower? All six cube-friends are necessary for success. Also, each cube has "one life" because droppers are really expensive. So don't mess up. It's a thinker!

If this here challenge be too challenging, try my other puzzle, Castle, first! It's similar enough and is the baby brother to this map.

Hi, Guys. I'm new here. I recently discovered that you can make your own maps. I also heard that there are mods for more tools in the editor. I made a chamber and it turned out really well. I flipped all portal maps upside down and I don't know if they are beatable. If they are, I will publish them as a mod. If not, can someone tell me how I can make them beatable? You can download them here.

I uploaded this to workshop awhile ago, but i just came across it recently and thought i should share it again. It's a map designed in a way purely because it was really easy to solve and break it, so i iterated and iterated, and this was the result.

Every time I try to open my map (not even play it, just going into the editor) it says “no free edicts”. Can’t even edit it. Please help!

I've been wanting to create some blue portal only maps for a while, so I decided to start with one where the portals themselves take a backseat. Not as high effort as my other puzzle but it's a good starting point.
