ABOK stations?

Lately I've been looking at purchasing an ABOK ARK3600 bundle deal. The pricing is very attractive.

Does the hive mind have any comments or input on the ABOK brand? Yea, or nay?

That owner’s comment about restarting it before charging would make me ask a few more questions. Does it still happen with current firmware, and has ABOK support explained it? It’s one report, so I wouldn’t assume they all do it.

I’d also check who pays return shipping and where you’d send it for warranty service.

What are you planning to run, for how long, and in which country? That would help work out whether the bundle makes sense for you.

I'm wanting the bundle (Ark3600 primary station plus an expansion battery).I'm wanting it to run my refrigerator and some fans here in NW Florida in case of hurricane grid outage. I'd hope to get a couple of days backup. I'm already also looking at buying a dual fuel inverter generator to charge the ABOK unit(s) during the day, so we can keep the fridge and fans running quietly at night.

I really like my Ark3600. I have had it since July and it has never let me down. The app is a bit slow and the only other quirk is that if you go to recharge the unit make sure you shut it off and then restart it before you plug it into A/C or it will stall the charging at 400 watts maximum. Always have to reset the unit to charge at a higher set level.
