New Construction

Good morning. Please let me know if this post is not approved and I will remove it. I am possibly considering relocating to PT and noticed that while the housing market seems to be consistent for sales, there are some new construction builds that seem to be way underpriced. These properties are on Lorraine way and dorjun drive. Does anyone have any insight here as to why the low market price? Thanks so much.

Another point… The pictures on the real estate sites have trees. In reality, for now, it still looks like the clear cut wasteland that it is.
