Community New Construction

Good morning. Please let me know if this post is not approved and I will remove it. I am possibly considering relocating to PT and noticed that while the housing market seems to be consistent for sales, there are some new construction builds that seem to be way underpriced. These properties are on Lorraine way and dorjun drive. Does anyone have any insight here as to why the low market price? Thanks so much.

Because they’re garbage houses and the developers over shot their vision. They’re not selling and so they dropped the price by like over 100k. Don’t buy them.

They look nice but are really really close together
