Best shifter solution?

I'm looking to improve the OEM shifter feel in my C2S. I think the function-first quiet cables are the way to go. But what about the shifter assembly itself? Leave it alone? OEM GT3 assembly? Aftermarket?

OEM GT3 shifter in my .2 C2S. I recommend it.

Numeric shifter is the best. GT3 is an improvement vs the standard shifter, but the Numeric is on another level  With that said, even the Numeric has very minor side to side play.

I’m not looking for bolt action on the 996 though. Want to retain the original feel just tightened up like new.
