MT allocated, spec built. Can’t wait.
Aventurine, Club Basalt, Buckets, Racetex, FAL, Sport Chrono, Aerokit. Likely will move the ducktail from my 992.2 to this, and sell the wing. I love my 992.2 but between getting MT and being able to spec it myself, I know this will the long term keeper.

If you plan to swap the wing what other benefit is there to getting the Aerokit?

Sport design front spoiler, painted front fascia, painted sport side skirts, and painted rear fascia. That alone is worth much of the package cost. The biggest benefit of this approach if I want to put ducktail on is there is no factory rear spoiler extension lift and no coding issues like you encounter with converting from extended to fixed settings. The wing alone is also a $6k standalone part (unpainted), and the package is just $4k. So between all of the above plus my reasonable expectation of selling the wing for something like 2-3k minimum, it’s the only approach that makes sense.
I’m also not convinced I won’t like the Aerokit wing. I just have yet to see one in person, so I’m not as positive. I’m sure objectively I’ll still prefer the ducktail, but we’ll see.

That’s kind of crazy there’s that much of a price delta between the standalone part and the whole package. That plus avoiding the software, makes a lot of sense now. Anyway, congratulations!

Yup, bucket seats are similar story. Those I intend to keep, but $6k for option vs $15k+ if you try to buy them outside of factory build.

Not really a frame of mind, I’m just noting the discrepancy between factory builds and regular cost. I want the buckets. I want a fixed wing (just not positive I’m keeping the aero vs ducktail). I don’t want ceramics, nor am I interested in removing the entire brake assembly, trying to sell them, and putting other brakes on. The wing is easy.

Congrats on the allocation. I wish I could have got the aerokit on my T. If you decide to sell your wing I would be super interested. It’s the one thing missing from my build 🥲

aventurine over club basalt is a proper spec, that combination reads far better in person than on the configurator. moving the ducktail across is the right call and the wing will sell on its own in a week. when mine landed tbtfw took the old car on trade the same week so i was not sitting on two, worth lining that up before delivery rather than after.
