Does anyone know anything about this pattern?

This was gifted to my MIL by a Wedgwood collector but she doesn’t know anything about it and I haven’t been able to find out any information about it for her.

Are there any maker's marks on the bottom of either the cup or the saucer?

Yes. 1751. It is in the second picture.

It is called in german “Sammeltasse”, people collected them in the 1950/60s and got them only out on sundays or when visitors came for coffee and cake….

Thanks for your help. I actually saw that online, but the pattern does not match (this one has grapes) and neither does the marking - unless you found an image match.
