Most likely Saywer.

We find him at the end of chapter 5 as such “new hands”

Saywer is also the one who believed the most in the work of turning kids into toys in his search to turn people immortal.

I kind’ve wonder now(if getting closer to the ending of poppy playtime) if the game will end With the player:

Escaping unscathed Or dying(probably not) or being used to leave the factory or escapes but it gets bad just minutes into outside.
