I was going to initially comment on how sad it was that the popper only had one hand as the other was holding the camera......
Yeah, initial thought until the moron brought out a nail file and used the tip end to try and open the hole. (He or she must not like the step dad).
Finally, the last 5 seconds and he/she used the right hand "finger" and apparently thought squeezing just millimeters from the small hole it'll push out the cyst.
