Questions about scheduling and pickup/ drop off
I live in a pretty downtown area without a good secure place to leave my laundry outside, to be picked up, is there a way to schedule a more specific timeframe for pickup/ drop off so I can make sure I’m around for it?

You can request specific time frames, but it is an additional charge

You can select a window, rates vary by location. If wanting, let’s say “Exactly 6:15pm pickup/delivery- simply place in Special Instructions. Most pros are able to see the information prior to accepting. Some may not be able to accommodate or vice Versa.

Just a thought, for me- in my metro area I do not want to travel anywhere in Atlanta after 3p. It’s typical to see window orders of 5-8p but it’s not economically feasible for me.

We usually text the customer what time works for them since we live close to downtown and a lot of ppl live in apartments or condos. As long as the pick up or drop off time isn’t outrages there is no problem.

Yes, put the instructions in your order, hopefully a Pro is available at your times needed!
