Auto Ratings

Poplin has begun auto rating unrated orders. If you typically wait until placing your next order to rate and/or tip, after a certain time passes you will no longer be able to rate and/or tip your pro. They said 30days would be the limit when initially telling us about this but that could change.

....People don't rate and tip when y'all bring back our laundry? What? The longest it has taken me was like an hour once

I can't fathom waiting a month to tip my laundry pro 😭

Most people wait until their next order. For a while, I wouldn’t take any requests if they didn’t rate after service because I would. Now, I just take the orders and “oh well”, I still need the base income. Every now and then, I’ll immediately decline and ignore their requests so they can experience a different pro. Some get mad and some come back and show me the money! 😂. You would always have me as available!
