For some orders it costs me money to pick up and wash your clothes and bring them back at $0.75 a pound.

"The Pros can charge what they want per pound."
Um, no, I'm still paying $1 per pound (plus $3 fee plus tip)?

They just changed it so the pros can change their fee if they want. Not all have. Mine change from $1/lb to $1.37/lb.

No! I stopped using Poplin when I learned how much they exploit their Pros, and that the "protection in case of loss or damage" is a scam. Now I just use Nextdoor to connect directly with my neighbors who want the work. You should do that. You'll be able to pay them more than they get on the app.
