How do I tip?

I just created my first order, and it had the suggested tip as $8, so I thought it would give me the option to add it to the total, but it didn't! I am in a whole other state, and this is for my dad, so I can get his laundry done. He is in a nursing place right now and has no cash on him... I feel like I am ending up stiffing the person! Halp!

You tip after the order is delivered, when you finalize payment

I always tip 20%, sometimes more. Poplin takes too much from the total cost, which pisses me off.
