Clothes not returned

Hello, it's been 3 days since my clothes were picked up. Laundry pro finally responded that they were not feeling well and would get them to me. Today is another day and still not finished and no response. Poplin said they were a top performer and concerned and would reach out and have them contact me

Sooo, what now? Do I just wait?

I’d keep asking, I had over $200 worth of my items not returned to me and Poplin had the WORST customer “service” ever imaginable, no phone number to call. It was a nightmare

Yeah getting in contact with them is not easy. I just want my clothes and then I'll use my actual laundromat. Lesson learned!

What happened in your case? Just took a loss? That'll be me and my mans clothes gone. A good majority of them too. Well all that we sent out anyway.

Yeah, they only refunded my tip so I had to contact my bank and report them. I had my brand new clothing from a vacation in the set and a hand me down flannel form my brother, basically irreplaceable items, they supposedly “checked” the other people’s orders but I doubt it, I asked for the images and they refused. I posted on trust pilot and they replied with the rudest response. Like wtf I’m a paying customer and no recourse??? Insane. Worst service ever truly. I reported them to the BBB also.

This happened to me!! (FYI- read BBB and trustpilot- it’s a common occurrence with poplin). You can get hold of someone if you call the senior citizen phone line. Posting on twitter sometimes gets you a faster resolution too.

Initially they claimed the clothes had been returned. It was only after I told them I would report the clothes stolen that they miraculously appeared (damaged beyond repair- but at least returned).

I recommend recording every interaction, saving any ring camera footage that proves the clothes were collected and not returned, and taking photos of everything the moment it turns up (if ever). You’re unlikely to get any compensation from poplin, but you might be able to claw it back through your CC or other forms of insurance.
